Before completing your booking, the applicable fare conditions — including whether the ticket is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable — are displayed on the fare selection screen.

We strongly recommend reviewing the fare conditions before purchasing. Promotional and sale fares are typically non-refundable and non-changeable. Flexible and business class fares generally offer more generous cancellation terms, including full refunds or fee-free changes up to a specified number of hours before departure.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

In accordance with standard travel industry practice, bitvoyago.com offers a 24-hour cancellation window for bookings made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the fare type, provided the departure date is at least 7 days away.

To exercise your 24-hour cancellation right, contact our support team at support@bitvoyago.com with your booking reference number. Refunds under this policy are processed within 5–10 business days for card payments and within 3–5 business days for cryptocurrency payments.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, email our support team at support@bitvoyago.com with your booking reference number, the name of the lead passenger, and your reason for cancellation. Our team will review the applicable fare rules and advise you of any cancellation fees and the refund amount you are entitled to before processing the cancellation.

We do not charge a separate service fee for processing cancellations. Any fees deducted from your refund are airline-imposed cancellation penalties as specified in the fare rules. bitvoyago.com will always provide a clear breakdown of any deductions before confirming the cancellation.

Refunds for Crypto Payments

Refunds for bookings paid with cryptocurrency are processed in the original cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, or USDT) to the wallet address used for the original payment. The refund amount is calculated based on the USD value of the refund at the time of processing, converted to cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Please note that cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate, and the amount of cryptocurrency you receive as a refund may differ from the amount you originally paid. bitvoyago.com is not responsible for any difference in value resulting from exchange rate movements between the time of booking and the time of refund.

Crypto refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Network transaction fees (gas fees for ETH and USDT) are deducted from the refund amount and are not covered by bitvoyago.com.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the fare paid, regardless of the fare type. In such cases, bitvoyago.com will contact you via the email address provided at booking to advise you of your options, which may include a full refund, rebooking on an alternative flight, or a travel credit.

In the event of significant schedule changes (typically defined as a departure time change of more than 3 hours), you may also be entitled to a refund or free rebooking. Our support team will assist you in exercising your rights under the applicable airline's conditions of carriage and any relevant passenger protection regulations.
