Crypto Payment Support

If you have sent a cryptocurrency payment but your booking has not been confirmed, or if you have a question about a crypto refund, please contact our dedicated crypto support team at crypto@bitvoyago.com. Include your booking reference number, the cryptocurrency you used, the amount sent, and your transaction hash (TXID) so we can investigate promptly.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. If you sent funds to an incorrect address or sent the wrong amount, contact us immediately. While we cannot reverse blockchain transactions, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation and ensure you receive the travel you paid for.

Airline and Booking Inquiries

For questions about specific flights, seat selection, meal preferences, or special assistance requests, we recommend contacting the airline directly using the booking locator code on your e-ticket. Airlines can make changes to your booking that are not possible through a third-party platform like bitvoyago.com.

If you need help identifying the correct airline contact or navigating the airline's website, our support team is happy to assist. We can also liaise with airlines on your behalf for cancellations, refunds, and schedule change notifications.
