Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. A 10% discount is applied automatically when payment is made using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes a contract between you and the airline(s) involved. bitvoyago.com acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract of carriage between you and the airline.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details, including wallet addresses and transaction amounts. bitvoyago.com is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by users.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type. The specific conditions applicable to your booking will be displayed during the booking process and included in your confirmation email. bitvoyago.com will facilitate refund requests on your behalf, but the final decision rests with the airline.

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in the equivalent fiat value at the time of the original transaction, converted back to the cryptocurrency of your choice at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the refund. Processing times for refunds may vary between 5 and 30 business days depending on the airline and payment method.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger information provided during booking is accurate and complete. This includes full legal names as they appear on travel documents, dates of birth, gender, and passport or national ID details. Incorrect passenger information may result in denied boarding, and bitvoyago.com accepts no liability for such outcomes.

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health-related documentation required by the destination country. bitvoyago.com does not provide visa or entry requirement advice and recommends consulting the relevant embassy or consulate before travel.
