How to Search for Flights

To search for a flight, enter your departure city or airport, your destination, and your preferred travel dates on the homepage. You can search for one-way, round-trip, or multi-city itineraries. Use the passenger selector to specify the number of adults, children, and infants traveling, and choose your preferred cabin class from Economy to First Class.

Once you submit your search, bitvoyago.com queries live inventory from hundreds of airlines and global distribution systems in real time. Results are displayed within seconds and can be filtered by price, airline, number of stops, departure time, and flight duration. All prices shown include taxes and fees unless otherwise noted.

Paying with Cryptocurrency

bitvoyago.com accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) as payment methods. When you choose to pay with crypto at checkout, a 10% discount is automatically applied to your total fare. The discount is calculated on the base fare plus taxes and is reflected in the final price before you confirm your booking.

After selecting your crypto payment method, you will be shown a wallet address and the exact amount due in your chosen cryptocurrency, calculated at the current exchange rate. You have 15 minutes to complete the transfer. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your booking is automatically confirmed and your e-ticket is issued.

If your transaction is not confirmed within the payment window, the booking will be cancelled and no funds will be deducted. If you sent funds but the booking was not confirmed, please contact our support team with your transaction hash and we will investigate within 24 hours.

Booking Confirmation and E-Tickets

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation page displaying your booking reference number. This reference number is your primary identifier for check-in, changes, and support requests. You can also download a PDF confirmation directly from the confirmation screen.

Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The e-ticket contains your full itinerary, passenger details, and the airline's booking locator code, which you will need for online check-in. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 30 minutes of booking, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

Do I Need an Account?

No account is required to search, book, or manage your flights on bitvoyago.com. All bookings are completed as a guest. Your booking history is stored locally in your browser, so you can access your past itineraries from the same device without logging in.

We recommend saving your booking reference number and downloading your PDF confirmation immediately after booking, as clearing your browser data may remove locally stored booking history. Your e-ticket, however, will always be accessible via the email address you provided at checkout.

Changing or Cancelling a Booking

Flight changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the airline you booked with. Some fares are fully flexible and allow free changes or cancellations, while others are non-refundable or carry change fees. The fare conditions applicable to your booking are displayed on the flight selection page before you proceed to checkout.

To request a change or cancellation, contact our support team with your booking reference number. We will liaise with the airline on your behalf and advise you of any applicable fees or refund amounts. Refunds for crypto payments are processed in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the refund.
